Had boiler/pump fitted last year after a Sunday call-out, which we appreciated. Later reported a vibration issue and initially had poor communication/missed visit, so I left a review. The business later explained there were extenuating circumstances. I asked for the review to be removed but was advised it could only be updated. Chris has since attended, checked the issue, made small adjustments and asked me to send another video if it happens again. The noise could not be recreated, but I have not heard it since.

We are sorry to see this review, but we strongly dispute that it fairly reflects our workmanship or reliability. We installed the boiler over a year ago, and the boiler itself is still working perfectly
When we attended the property recently, the issue raised was found to be unrelated to our original installation. The customer has also contacted Checkatrade to confirm this and has tried to have the review removed.
Checkatrade informed customer they cannot remove review so Jenny (customer) could only leave reply to her original review
