Chris came at the agreed appointment time - easily booked and confirmed by phone - and professionally assessed our needs for a new boiler. Options were discussed and a competitive quote sent by email a few days later. The process for agreeing the quote and booking the engineers' visit was easily done by email. The team arrived promptly and worked very hard to accomplish the installation in one (long) day. My husband was very impressed by how professional and courteous they all were.
