This company was recommended to me for a boiler service. Following my booking an appointment, I was kept updated on the arrival time of the engineer (Steve), which was helpful. Hello, I’m Steve, owner of The Boiler Co North East Ltd.
I have 10 years of experience in the gas/heating industry after leaving the Royal Marines in 2014. My experience includes working for a housing association ensuring gas safety checks and solutions were put in place for thousands of properties around Newcastle and the Northeast and working for Baxi the boiler manufacturer as a warranty repair engineer which gave me in-depth knowledge when it comes to repairing modern boilers. I offer boiler servicing, repairs, and installation throughout Newcastle Upon Tyne, Gateshead, Northumberland and Sunderland
The reason I decided to set up The Boiler Co Northeast is that I have seen the standard of other engineers and even big companies work and knew I could provide a better service at a more reasonable price. This also gave me the flexibility to fit my job around my young family.
I have extensive experience when servicing and installing gas appliances and also specialize in repairs, saving my customer's money and time without heating or hot water. As a Baxi-approved Installer, you’ll be eligible for same-day, or next-day warranty calls in the unlikely event that’s required.
