I will try to be fair here. Things did get off a good start. I was looking for a regular cleaner for my rental property and I was quite satisfied with their first job, hence the subsequent bookings. But it's been getting worse. The cleaner has been consistently late for at least 30 mins almost every time without giving any notice. The last straw came when she made two no shows in the same week, citing some lame excuses!!! I am very impressed with their prompt reply . Our flat has been just refurbished and there was so much of dust and cleaning need to be done . Two cleaners was sent and they did a brilliant job. Reasonably charged and I am happy with their work . Qlduz and George was in-charge for deep cleaning and what a great work and friendly attitude.
