Clean overall was ok however….
The products used to clean the inside of the oven damaged the outside of the oven and the cleaning team refused to take any responsibility
Charged us £50 extra for the oven clean even though the double oven was shown in the pictures
Used an outside ladder inside and stained carpet. Had to ask them to re hoover the house

Hello, thank you for your review. However, the claims made are not accurate. I personally attended the property and demonstrated that our oven cleaning product caused no damage. The mark mentioned appeared to be white paint residue, not caused by us. The extra £50 charge was explained in advance due to the poor condition of both ovens, and this was agreed before work continued. We did not use the ladder on the oven, and it caused no damage. We always act professionally and would cover any genuine damage caused by us.
