I will try to be fair here. Things did get off a good start. I was looking for a regular cleaner for my rental property and I was quite satisfied with their first job, hence the subsequent bookings. But it's been getting worse. The cleaner has been consistently late for at least 30 mins almost every time without giving any notice. The last straw came when she made two no shows in the same week, citing some lame excuses!!! If you have to choose them, please be prepared to be cancelled on without notice.

great job. great team. they cleaned everything i asked for. they were very nice, quiet and attentive. I recommend to anyone who needs it.

I am very impressed with their prompt reply . Our flat has been just refurbished and there was so much of dust and cleaning need to be done . Two cleaners was sent and they did a brilliant job. Reasonably charged and I am happy with their work . Qlduz and George was in-charge for deep cleaning and what a great work and friendly attitude. I will definitely use this company again .

Amazing team! Really good communication from Dochka with quick responses, clear descriptions of service and costs. The team came in and worked their socks off! Very friendly, professional and very keen to make sure they understood any instructions. They were diligent and had great attention to detail. They cleaned things that I didn’t know needed cleaning. Worth every penny and I’d definitely use Dochka and her team again. 5 star recommendation
