10 Attic Guys Totally Tops for Lofts

Brilliant company. Just did a 2d loft clearing boarding & wrapping project completed 8 d after the survey. Very efficient, experienced and helpful in planning, amazing team of workers who clearly take pride in their work, were punctual, careful, considerate and cleared rubbish and cleaned up at the end of each day. Would happily recommend this company. The initial meeting and quote was clear and precise and I felt that I was given clear details and itemised work plan. Visited on time and Steve was very professional and gave me proper advice about what to do with my loft and indicative pricing for removing the insulation and adding a new fire rated door hatch with a wooden ladder. He is very quick in sending quotes. There is continuous professional communication about the appointment time. The Attic Guys worked for two days. They removed all the debris from the loft. Old boards, insulation, TV aerials and water tanks etc.. They then insulated the loft, fitted raised platform boarding. Applied a breathable membrane to the roof joists. Created and fitted a new enlarged loft hatch with wooden ladder. All done to an extremely high quality of workmanship. Day 1, we had Phil, Pete & Darren working all day, Dave who came to fit brackets to the boiler flu. Day 2 it was only Phil & Pete. Nearly all finished by early afternoon. A fantastic experience from start to finish. The survey was carried out and I felt they really understood what I was after, listened and advised. The follow up appointment was available quickly. They arrived on time, and worked solidly to complete it all in one day (boarding, instillation, new hatch and ladder installation). We will discuss each solution during your survey, which will be dependent on your requirements and property style/age.
1. Our Raised Loft Leg XL300 Flooring System won't invalidate your NHBC new build warranty (10 year home bond) and it allows your insulation to breathe.
2. Our Raised Loft Leg Flooring System with timber crossings allows your insulation to breathe and is ideal for properties under 10 yrs old.
3. Our Cross Boarding Flooring System is great for lofts without much headroom or lofts that need to carry a heavier bearing load, or older style properties where the loft is built in a traditionally sturdier style. Also allowing insulation to breathe.
We can supply and install Loft hatches and Ladders for ease of accessibility along with our loft boarding packages, we can add lighting or roof windows if you wish.
