The overall experience was excellent from requesting the quote through to completion. The Attic Guy who came round to quote the job was professional and knowledgeable and provided us with our options. Job location: E7This is my second time using the guys for a job in the house - they came years ago to install my loft ladder, and we asked them to come back to install flooring in the loft and new insulation since ours was the old fashioned one. The quote was well scoped and clearly priced, they were punctual on the day of the job and the team did a great job - the finished product is just what we were looking for, and it was all completed in a day. Job location: RM3I would not hesitate to recommend this Company. We had our loft insulated in February. The two guys that did the job were punctual and very efficient. They were very helpful whenever asked anything and before starting the job they put floor coverings down and were very tidy and hoovered when they had finished. They made sure we were happy with everything before they left and explained everything that they had done. I can highly recommend The Attic Guys. They were quick to make contact, undertook a survey and provided a quote sameday and the completed the job a week later as scheduled. My attic needed changes made to a previous in efficient job. These Attic Guys certainly know their stuff, and they gave good advice as to the best solutions. The change to the insulation, boarding and air vents have made a real difference. The communication from them was excellent and they worked efficiently and completed the job within a day. 1. Our Raised Loft Leg XL300 Flooring System won't invalidate your NHBC new build warranty (10 year home bond) and it allows your insulation to breathe.
2. Our Raised Loft Leg Flooring System with timber crossings allows your insulation to breathe and is ideal for properties under 10 yrs old.
3. Our Cross Boarding Flooring System is great for lofts without much headroom or lofts that need to carry a heavier bearing load, or older style properties where the loft is built in a traditionally sturdier style. Also allowing insulation to breathe.
We can supply and install Loft hatches and Ladders for ease of accessibility along with our loft boarding packages, we can add lighting or roof windows if you wish.
