A fantastic experience from start to finish. The survey was carried out and I felt they really understood what I was after, listened and advised. The follow up appointment was available quickly. They arrived on time, and worked solidly to complete it all in one day (boarding, instillation, new hatch and ladder installation). The left the place immaculately tidy, and were friendly and polite throughout. I cannot rate them highly enough!

The Loft Guys carried out a thorough onsite assessment of the project and provided a very comprehensive plan of work with plenty of options to suit our budget requirements. They were friendly, professional, and communicative throughout. The team of installers were extremely conscientious with their work and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company.

The process was great from start to finish. When completing the initial survey and measurements, the chap explained the process and answered all my questions, and a quote was sent over that afternoon. All the work was completed in one day, and the team were excellent. Workmanship is top notch and it has created so much extra storage space. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Attic Guys.

I am more than happy with the work completed on my attic. It was an awkward space and they managed to make it brighter and more spacious than I had imagined. The team were professional, extremely hardworking, courteous, friendly and nice to have around. They cleaned up after every day. They were happy to explain every step of the job and stuck to the schedule and budget. I would highly recommend them.

The overall experience was excellent from requesting the quote through to completion. The Attic Guy who came round to quote the job was professional and knowledgeable and provided us with our options. The Attic Guys who completed the work were thorough and courteous and the job was completed to a very high standard with minimal disruption.

This is my second time using the guys for a job in the house - they came years ago to install my loft ladder, and we asked them to come back to install flooring in the loft and new insulation since ours was the old fashioned one. The quote was well scoped and clearly priced, they were punctual on the day of the job and the team did a great job - the finished product is just what we were looking for, and it was all completed in a day. Would not hesitate to recommend them!
