It was a pleasure to deal with THC - Theo was the first to respond to my message and was able to quickly diagnose my issue from a few shared photos. He was happy to be flexible to fit our job into his diary and was very prompt and professional when he arrived and solved our sink draining issue in next to no time. Would thoroughly recommend Theo for any sort of plumbing or heating issue you may have.

Had an issue with my concealed cistern kept rippling and making a noise like a seal. Worried I had to remove the tiles and knock down the boxing to get access to the siphon. Few plumbers suggested so but Theo did the job haste free without removing tiles or the boxing quickly and neatly. Very polite and professional.

Highly recomended. High standard of work. Polite tidy and informative. Explained what was required. Replaced a kithen sink mixer tap and sorted a pipe leak on a basn sink. Very satisfied and would definately use again.

Great service! It was easy to communicate with Theo and set a date for the work. He arrived on time, kept me informed with the work he was doing, and persevered with a tricky small-ish job. Will definitely call on THC again.
