  Exceptional service from the outset. My failed pond has been saved by Harvey and his team. It's so unusual these days to come across people who are so skilled but who also clearly enjoy what they do. It is astonishing how beautiful my pond is looking now and I'm so grateful for the hard work and dedication. It was a huge job. Cutting my oversized wildlife pond in half, deepening and fibreglassing the "new" pond and setting up a dry garden - in just 5 days, the week before Christmas, from a company based 50 miles away. Amazing! Thank you.

  Not just the one, we got a whole team! Across a week of applied expertise and persistence (wet weather notwothstanding) a full makeover of the walled pond has been completed. The ledges and shelf effects have been defined like sculpture due to the smooth fibre glass application, opening up a range of ornamental possibilities with rocks and plants. As the work continued the fish were cared for in their own jacuzzi-style tank. The high level of skill across the team was daily apparent. Especially noteworthy was the constant communication sustained by the Chief keeping us in the loop.

  This is the second occasion that I have used That Pond Guy….the first occasion for a major clean out of my pond, the second occasion for a moderately sized maintenance visit. On both occasions I have been thoroughly satisfied with the work. I was given a time of arrival, the team did exactly what I asked, and did it well, were pleasant and courteous and left the area clean and tidy. That Pond Guy will be my ‘contractor’ of choice for all future work on my pond. A very important bonus is that Matt responds to enquiries very quickly. Highly recommended!

  Great company, great people

  We bought a house with a pond, arrived on completion day to fish we didn’t expect and all the inner workings to the pond removed. Contacted Matt who gave us a number of options and quoted thoroughly with an explanation of each option and detailed the benefits. We then had Natalie and Bill attend to clean, tidy, fit a pump and fountain to our pond. Natalie took the time to explain to me the condition of the pond and the necessary steps to get it to an optimum position which was much appreciated. All around just a great experience, a thoughtful service and really nice genuine people to deal with

  Very pleased with the work, very efficient, left nice and tidy. Went above and beyond. The 2 chaps were very helpful Very professional and friendly, a weight off my mind, kept me informed of progress of job, would recommend.
