Disappointed customer. The team who came to work on my pond did a decent job of cleaning it out. However the net wasn't fitted properly to the back of the pond and sagged into the water. When the net was tightened a gap was created allowing the local heron to attack the fish. When I asked when they would be back to fix it I was told they didn't have any local jobs. The net was the most important part of the job. I've had to add an additional net which is very unattractive.

Our leaking pond was emptied, cleaned out and relined with fibreglass with a final black coating. It looks great. All work was done professionally and to the timescale promised. Communication with Matt was easy, polite and prompt all through the job from initial contact to final completion. We are very pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend That Pond Guy.

We had a persistent pond leak that required daily refilling. W contacted That Pond Guy to see about getting the pond relined. With a tight deadline, we we really hoping they could help. Although they were fully booked for the next few weeks, they made it happen. Natalie and Bill came on a very hot Sunday to do the job. They were very professional, friendly, and worked incredibly hard, paying attention to every detail, despite the heat and weekend hours. They took a great care of our fish and plants. We couldn't be more grateful and will highly recommend them. We will definitely use them again.

We were very sceptical trying to find someone who could repair the leek that was costing us a lot of money keeping topping the pond up every day. What we wanted was a reliable professional company that would take care in the work that was required. Thankfully we found the right person who exceeded our expectation and they couldn't do enough to get the pond up and running. Matt understands how fish should be handled in transferring them from the pond to a holding tank and what was required to rectify the problem. We can't thank him enough and would recommend this company to anyone.

Our overall experience with that pond guy company was great. The young lads worked really hard and the other team members were 100% confident in their abilities to give us a lovely pond which they did. I would recommend this company to anybody who is considering having a pond built or maintenance for an existing pond, the knowledge and experience they have is invaluable. We went on Matts recommendation for a Burtons Drum Filter for low maintenance, we also felt the the price was justified for the preparation and work carried out it wasn’t cheap but worth it for what we had done.Really pleased
