Found That Pond Guy on line and messaged Matt. He was so informative about what he would recommend for my pond and I could tell he knew his stuff. Natalie and Bill came today, emptied my pond, took care of my fish in holding tanks, helped me with a filter issue, gave the pond a thorough clean and it looks amazing now. I had so much blanket weed attached to the sides but no more! Can thoroughly recommend That Pond Guy and would use him again 100%

Just had my mums pond cleaned with That pond guy i had asked for my elderly mum pond to b cleaned they had told her filter pump was broken that she should order other one from a place they suggested which funny enough is in Rochester near where That pond guy office. i tested pump myself all it needed was a 13amp fuse & there was around 15-20 fish in her pond before that pond guy cleaned they had left her 1 fish Not happy seem like That pond guy preys on the elderly b careful everyone

I recently used "That pond guy" to carry out a full clean etc and a complete rebuild of the waterfall of my main pond.I was a bit nervous as had never used them before BUT how wrong i was to have been concerned .The work they carried out was fantastic, finished in my opinion to a very high standard.Natalie(pond technician) was absolutely fantastic she worked her socks off and kept me upto speed in what she was planning to do at every stage of the process ,she was very professional and easy to get on with you can tell she takes pride in her work. I shall be definitely using them again

Cleaned a pond which was very dirty and installed a new pump. Not only did a great job cleaning the pond but also tidied up the whole area around the Pond and the pump was put in and working straight away. The two people who came were friendly and informative

Matt and his team cleaned my pond, replaced the pump and filter and then came back to fix a leak. They were professional and nothing was too much trouble. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend.
