    Replacement of a broken water softener

    Having had a water softener from Thames valley water softeners for 13 trouble free years, when it broke, I didn't hesitate to ring John to discuss my options. He came the next day, to look at the machine and discuss the way forward. I decided to take John's advice and the new machine was fitted by Friday. It has been a seamless process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

    Excellent Service

    Gavin and his colleague came out to fix my broken water softener. They were exactly on time. Precise in their diagnosis of the problem . Swift and efficient with the repair taking the time to fully explain what had gone wrong and how they would fix it. I'm sure many other practitioners would have written off the softener and insisted the only solution would be replacement, but Gavin did not and I am very grateful for the considered and ethical opinion. I am very pleased with their work and would wholeheartedly recommend Thames Valley Softeners.

    Water softner replacement

    A few hours after I’d posted the problem on Checkatrade, John clearly diagnosed failed old Softener via phone. Upon my request, quoted a good price for replacement; THEN was able to turn up the same day and did all the work to replace. He did an excellent job, has a pleasant manner and is highly professional. Highly recommended!
