John came within a few days to replace our existing softener, which had given up. He was friendly, efficient and, despite a few difficulties with our existing plumbing, installed the new softener quite quickly and took away the old one. Can highly recommend.

Had a water softener installed - the initial work was done to a high standard and the engineer was friendly, tidy, and professional. There was a minor issue afterwards, but they came back promptly to sort it out with no fuss. Really pleased with the final result and the way they handled everything. Would happily recommend.

Gavin and his colleague came out to fix my broken water softener. They were exactly on time. Precise in their diagnosis of the problem . Swift and efficient with the repair taking the time to fully explain what had gone wrong and how they would fix it. I'm sure many other practitioners would have written off the softener and insisted the only solution would be replacement, but Gavin did not and I am very grateful for the considered and ethical opinion.
