A few hours after I’d posted the problem on Checkatrade, John clearly diagnosed failed old Softener via phone. Upon my request, quoted a good price for replacement; THEN was able to turn up the same day and did all the work to replace. He did an excellent job, has a pleasant manner and is highly professional. Highly recommended!
