Situation regarding a past or current infestation in loft was explained and understood by technician. Matter was investigated, a way forward was agreed and treatment of the loft commenced. Steve is the best! Easy, helpful and sorted my scary problem. No nasty poison, no stress, no rats! Don't waste time phoning anyone else.
