Situation regarding a past or current infestation in loft was explained and understood by technician. Matter was investigated, a way forward was agreed and treatment of the loft commenced. Reassurance given that the matter had been resolved after second visit. Very positive and efficient experience with this company.

Steve is the best! Easy, helpful and sorted my scary problem. No nasty poison, no stress, no rats! Don't waste time phoning anyone else. Advised me on blocking up any other places of entry, which there were many. Came back twice to check the traps.
