  In urgent need of assistance when our Septic tank system became blocked, leaving us unable to shower , wash clothes, use the sinks or toilets, we searched Checkatrade and selected Thames Drains of Bournemouth. Our choice was governed by the outstanding reviews which , in several , named a Ronnie and Shaun . Luck was on our side because we got Ronnie and Shaun as well . He visited us within a couple of days completed his inspection, gave us his opinions and informed us of the rates applicable to do the job inc mini digger hire , carried out the work to the highest standard & efficiency.

  The work that was carried out by the company was efficient, done properly and left clean and tidy after the work was finished, the workers are polite, respectful and showed up on time to start the work I am very pleased and happy with the work that was done . I would highly recommend Thames Drains

  Robbie and Shaun were excellent and I would highly recommend. They called beforehand to give me a clear eta. On arrival they were quick and efficient at assessing the issue and potential problem. The quickly identified the unknown blockage and also flagged any future concerns to be aware of. I had full confidence in their workmanship and Robbie was very clear on the pricing from the outset. To sum them up Robbie and Shaun were friendly, professional and genuine. A credit to the company.

  Unblocking my toilet

  Arron and Kain came out to do the job of unblocking our toilet. The work was done to an excellent standard. They communicated well with us and explained what the problem was to a tee. They kept their work area and my home clean and tidy and when they left it was all cleaned up aswell. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone who needs any work done regarding drainage.
