Very helpful with clear communication in identifying issue and advice in preventing it happening again. Kept work area very clean, very impressed.

Arron and Kain came out to do the job of unblocking our toilet. The work was done to an excellent standard. They communicated well with us and explained what the problem was to a tee. They kept their work area and my home clean and tidy and when they left it was all cleaned up aswell. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone who needs any work done regarding drainage.

Called them out and they cleared our drains but then followed up with 22k quote for work that did not need to be done. An independent inspection has confirmed that the issues they said were present were in fact not. A complete disingenuous company. Be wary and go elsewhere.

Thames Drains were able to attend the following day as requested. They were extremely helpful and responsive on the phone. Robbie+his colleague were kind, caring ,professional and able to resolve the blockage in good time for my Mum which we were very thankful for. Robbie explained the whole process as he was dealing with the issue and tips on how to help prevent future problems. Area cleaned down afterwards. They were very aware of my elderly Mum+her needs which I’m really thankful for . All in all I highly recommend Robbie, his colleague Carl (?) and Thames Drains .Thank you for a great job

Thames Drains offered a quick, efficient and professional service. Paul was very knowledgeable and talked me through his findings. The report was concise and highlighted actions to address the issues found. The report was prompt and included estimated costings to fix the issue.

I cannot praise the service provided enough, the initial work required further actions and this was undertaken with full explanation at all stages, liaising with the Council Building Control, all undertaken in a timely manner and to an excellent standard Very happy with on site service and report provided, would use again to f necessary and would highly recommend Friendly, good communication, tidy and very hard working The guys were great
