  I had my boiler replaced recently it was expertly installed by the Thackeray heating team, they were very polite and super tidy, the finish inside and outside of the house was like nothing had every happened, perfect I was recommended to use Thackeray heating by a couple of friends, I’m so pleased I used them, efficiently installed with great communication I am one very happy customer, thank you to all of the team!

  Efficient installation of a new boiler

  Thackery Heating have just completed the installation of a new boiler to my two bedroom flat. Overall the installation was excellent. The quote was competitive and well explained. A date was set for the installation and this was kept. The crew arrived on site promptly at 8am. The team, two engineers and a trainee were all competent and qualified for the tasks they were set. The operation was well resourced with adequate equipment. The whole installation and testing was completed within a working day with minimal disruption. Work was carried out cleanly and the site left as found.

  The job will be done properly with no short cuts. So important when dealing with gas appliances.

  If only all firms were as good as Thackeray Heating. Our LPG Boiler failed and was repaired the same day with all new parts required fitted and working to perfection. I will use this firm again without hesitation. Well done to all involved.

  I’ve used Karl for a number of years for boiler servicing, and a range of plumbing related jobs including burst pipe emergencies. He work is excellent and he is prompt, tidy and friendly. I always recommend him.
