Very quick response with a quotation. Job done on the agreed day to a good standard.

We are landlords and this job was at one of our properties. We were quoted £200 on what looked like a simple fix. I contacted Karl Thackeray and he said that although the job was more complicated i than we thought it could be done for a lot less and charged us £90 plus VAT. I have known Karl for many years and he is efficient, prompt and totally honest. Fantastic firm , totally recommended!

Karl has serviced and attended to CH repairs and new fitting over many years. His work is 5 star plus.

When replacing broken flush on cistern I discovered that the donut seal dodgy for properly and had been covered with silicone to fix. cistern was also leant against wall and not screwed to it. Got back to me straight away and came round quick to assess and quote. They were with us the next week to do the work and informed us of delay in arrival due to traffic. All work completed to a fantastic standard with no mess. I couldn't recommend more highly. Brilliant service!

Outstanding job for a gas fire and boiler service plus a small job that they didn't charge for.
