I’ve used Karl for a number of years for boiler servicing, and a range of plumbing related jobs including burst pipe emergencies. He work is excellent and he is prompt, tidy and friendly. I always recommend him.

Karl responded to my urgent call on a Saturday as we had no boiler operation whatsoever. The temperature in our home was 12c & we are elderly. Unfortunately it needed a new motherboard . Being a weekend a replacement wasn’t possible . He was at our home at 9am very prompt , with part in his hands. He was quick , very cheery, & the repair was done . Thank you Karl a man I can trust .
