  Thomas was great with communication. Set up a suitable time and arrived when he said he would. Job all completed and fully explained what the issue was and gave a suitable fix. Gas service report came through via email shortly afterwards. Brilliant experience

  Replacement of Hive Thermostat

  This trader deserves the highest praise. Responded immediately to request for a trader, gave instant quotation and my upgrading of preferred model was no problem. Good communication throughout the process. Punctual arrival, polite and courteous throughout the installation. Excellent advice throughout including installation and use of the Hive App. The trader is young and very enthusiastic. Highest possible recommend. I have had no previous experience or knowledge of this trader so this is a genuine review. 5 Star + rating from me.

  Combi boiler upgrade

  Thomas and co did a great job upgrading my conventional boiler with a combi system. The work was done neatly, and communication was excellent throughout.

  A new boiler supplied and fitted just as promised.

  Thomas and his colleague fitted a new boiler for us today. They are polite, punctual and did exactly as they said they would. They left our property clean and tidy and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or gas fitting work doing.

  Reliable and Highly Recommend

  Used Thomas after a few problems with a new boiler which was installed by someone else. He came out short notice and was super helpful! He’s been coming and doing yearly services since and is excellent. Always so quick and thorough, reasonably priced as well as emails in advance to let me know the service is due. Would highly recommend.

  Boiler Repair

  Thomas done a great job for me He explained the problem I had with my boiler and the full cost of the repair including the parts required With good communication he arrived on the day and time he said he would and done the work without any drama He is a very good tradesman Robert
