Good job well done friendly Worker and did what he said he would do

I asked Thomas for a second opinion after an initial visit from another local company as my 2007 boiler was showing signs of packing it in. Despite my job being slightly more complex than a usual boiler installation, Thomas had everything at hand in order to get the boiler I wanted. His communication is excellent and turns up exactly when he says he will. No issues with the boiler since installation and I can't thank Thomas and his team enough for the excellent job they did.

An emergency call out after my carbon monoxide alarm sounded, Thomas made time to fit me in to his schedule same day to help. He then identified the issues and emailed me with 3 new boiler options, their benefits and the cost differences. Communication was speedy and clear and the new boiler was fitted within the week. The callout charge from the emergency even removed from the final bill which they didn’t need to do but was appreciated! Great quality work, will be my go to expert now.

Phoned the guy on the 5th April at night. Came next day as arranged. Checked the central heating system thoroughly and found a valve was not performing as it should. He showed me the valve and explained how it worked and how it was not going as it should He went off to the supplier and purchased the valve and fitted it there and then. Checked everything was working properly before leaving. First class service by a very pleasant engineer. SANDY
