  Geof called back soon after posting the job on Checkatrade, he explained he was local and available that same day after finishing a local job. We agreed an afternoon visit, he arrived shortly after midday and started understanding our problem, quickly identified a solution which we implemented with no fuss. The work was carried out with respectful care to clear up any residue of the repair, the fee was very reasonable, about an hours work and the phone line was up and working again.

  Mr Lamb arrived on time, thoroughly investigated the problem; found the external line was faulty and negotiated with TalkTalk to test and rectify the fault. He was courteous and efficient.
