    Mr Lamb arrived on time, thoroughly investigated the problem; found the external line was faulty and negotiated with TalkTalk to test and rectify the fault. He was courteous and efficient.

    Sorting out a mass of cabling

    We contacted Geoff because our telephones stopped working and a message came up on each base, saying 'No base link. Check base.' and we didn't know what to do about this. We were put onto him by our broadband and phone provider, Plusnet. However, when Geoff arrived, he found all our phones were working, even though they'd been out of order for 3 days. So instead, we asked him if he would sort out the mass of cabling behind our desk panels. This he did patiently and thoroughly and tied each group of cables together. He was helpful throughout.. This sorted out our problem.
