Zoltan was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful with all communication in the first place and that's what got me confident. He was very knowledgeable about the job I needed doing and he went above and beyond what he actually came to help with. I'd had a few questions I wanted to ask a laptop expert for ages and finally I got the answers to my questions! I'd thoroughly recommend him! He was also flexible with the time he came, as I was giving very specific time slots and he arrived exactly on time. Having agreed the best option for me Zoltan arrived on time to do the upgrade and transfer my existing files etc. He added a bit of memory to my hardware to enable the upgrade.
