Zoltan was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful with all communication in the first place and that's what got me confident. He was very knowledgeable about the job I needed doing and he went above and beyond what he actually came to help with. I'd had a few questions I wanted to ask a laptop expert for ages and finally I got the answers to my questions! I'd thoroughly recommend him! He was also flexible with the time he came, as I was giving very specific time slots and he arrived exactly on time. I don't hope that I have another problem soon but if I do as I know I could call Zoltan!

Having agreed the best option for me Zoltan arrived on time to do the upgrade and transfer my existing files etc. He added a bit of memory to my hardware to enable the upgrade. He explained everything and was friendly and helpful at all times. I would definately recommend him and I would use his services again.

I would highly recommend Zoltan. My iMac had been very slow and after doing some initial checks Zoltan was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding what would be required to improve the performance of the iMac. I also had a cracked screen that needed replacing. Zoltan arranged the delivery of new iMac screen directly to me. He was very prompt with arranging a date to install the new screen and replace the hard drive and memory. He's very friendly and courteous and I cannot fault his workmanship. The performance of my iMac is now 100% improved and I am very happy with the result.
