  Arrived on time, very professional and knowledgable, explained what he was doing and why, solved the issue and gave us some advise if the error occurred again, would deff reccomend and use again, great value great job.

  Washing machine pump issue

  Tav's contacted me quickly and arranged a visit, initially the pump was cleared and at my request we tried this, however the issue persisted. Was found to be collar stiffeners jammed in pump. Tav acquired parts quickly and replaced within days, all this at a very competitive price. Would recommend.

  Washing machine wasn't spinning, just clicking as if working.

  Responded to my query quickly, and fortunately was able to attend almost immediately (within 15mins as was local). Identified the issue, explained it to me so I knew what was up, and promptly fixed it.
