Washing machine fixed!

Tav's contacted me quickly and arranged a visit, initially the pump was cleared and at my request we tried this, however the issue persisted. Was found to be collar stiffeners jammed in pump. Tav acquired parts quickly and replaced within days, all this at a very competitive price. Would recommend.

From start to finish a professional service. Great communication and turned up when he said he would. I was impressed with how neat he was and also took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Great find and will add him to my recommendation list for friends and family.

Responded to my query quickly, and fortunately was able to attend almost immediately (within 15mins as was local). Identified the issue, explained it to me so I knew what was up, and promptly fixed it.
