Very professional, punctual and personable.

Contacted TAV’s electrical repairs and made an appt, which he kept to. On the day he was here for just under an hour and confirmed that the heating element needed replacing. Had to order the part and we arranged another appt for him to complete the work. Again, turned up on time with the part. Twenty minutes later I had a functional tumble dryer again. Very happy. Just the one call out charge and cost of parts. I would have absolutely no qualms in recommending this company (gentleman).

Charlie was just wonderful. He fitted us in very quickly and diagnosed the issue quickly. As the problem would have been too expensive to repair he advised us on a replacement washing machine. What's more he fitted us in to install the new machine only a few hours after it had been delivered. He took away the old one as well. Excellent workmanship and a very personable young man. Thank you Charlie.

Really good communication from the start. Described what the issue was likely to be and gave a price without prompt which gives good peace of mind. Was on time on the day of the job and completed the work efficiently and thoroughly. Really happy that this was sorted so quickly and would absolutely recommend!
