Work quality (10/10): Very efficiently performed. The engineer who performed the work (Oz) was very friendly and helpful. The report sent afterwards was comprehensive and complete.
Communication (8/10): Very thorough, however not particularly responsive as I usually had to wait around 1 day after each message to get a reply.
Reliability (7/10): On the day of the initial visit we were told the engineer would not be available at the agreed time and tried to come at another time when we were not available. However we managed to reschedule for another day and he was punctual on that second day.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately using the app is not the best option as it gets lost with other alerts, that is why I replied on WhatsApp. Timing can be hard with plumbing if issues arise if there is not much flexibility.
