Very professional but friendly at the same time. Communication was great, Oz was on time for appointment, gave us great advice and did the job he needed to do. Will definitely be using Oz again.

We had a problem with our toilet over Easter weekend. Oz came as soon as the bank holiday was over and fixed our problem straight away. Couldn’t ask for better service! Highly recommended.
