4.25 Emergency lighting check and fix lights

I called T&R Sutton. He came out to have a look and see what needed to be done. He said he would come on the Saturday, came in Monday to see that he had not turned up. I called him no response, called again he then said he will come out again on a Saturday he turned up completed some of the work that was spoken about. Have not received any paper work certificates. Tried calling and emailing still have not received any paper work or a call back. He does not answer or call back, does not answer emails. Called this firm as had emergency electrical faults in the house. Was told someone would be with us in the same evening, so as my partner and I had arranged to go out for the evening, he decided to stay at home to be in for the electrician 's visit, however nobody bothered to turn up, and nobody from the firm have contacted us at all to give an explanation, so we feel very let down by T&R Sutton for this and wouldn't recommend anyone to use this firm.Verified reviewerJob location: PO1- CCiar B
5.75 Installing main light fitting, inserting spotlights and correcting socket wiring

Did some good work on our main light fitting, sockets and most spotlights. 2/12 spotlights weren't working, but Ian assured us he'd source and fit replacements. We settled the quote for the original work that day, and never heard back despite making numerous attempts to contact him. We've been left out of pocket by £250 as we had to buy and fit replacement spotlights ourselves, which weren't actually the problem, and bring in another electrician who's confirmed it's a wiring issue. Hired Ian from T& R Sutton electricians to complete a complete rewiring of my house. Ian was very professional throughout. He was very efficient tidy and polite. The whole house was done in a timely fashion and any extras we requested Ian obliged and completed everything. The price was very competitive and no issues at all. Would highly recommend T& R Sutton to anyone looking for electrical work , nothing was an issue for Ian .
