  BRILLIANT - James is friendly, helpful and he knows his stuff. James diagnosed the problem to be a Fused Switched Spur that supplied power to the immersion heater. James swapped it out and hey presto, back in business. I will definitely use him again if needed, and will recommend him to anyone with a Heat Pump problem. Prompt service and cheap prices as well.

  Excellent Heat Pump service

  James spent a good few hours servicing my Air Source Heat Pump. He appears to have done a thorough job including not only the heat pump itself but also the the tanks, pipework and controls, making a few suggestions. I am also in the process of arranging my next service with Tamworth Renewables. I would certainly recommend them.

  A high quality very capable heating engineer

  James proved to be a most capable engineer demonstrating skills to a high level of competence when changing / installing a replacement boiler, he also replaced a radiator with a much larger one in our dining area which required some new pipework, James did a very neat job of this which was further proof of his in depth capabilities. James provided thorough information for each stage of the installation in a friendly manner. I would certainly call on James again if and when I need an affable competent heating engineer.
