Second time we've called out James to help us out of a jam and he did not disappoint. Last time was for boiler and underfloor heating. This time it was a general issue with our water pressure. James was really helpful, coming out on a Sunday to help us. He talked us through potential issues and was very thoughtful as he had to make a few holes in the wall. Within an hour he had diagnosed the issue, resolved it and cleaned up. The water pressure is now great thanks to James!

I could smell gas so I called Cadence. They disconnected the gas and left the property without heating and hot water. James agreed to come over on a Saturday and on a short notice. We had a gas leak and James fixed this within the hour, hot water and heating is now back on and we got a certificate for the work carried! Very reasonable pricing and very professional. I can now sleep peacefully. Will definetly contact in the future.

James was extremely helpful and efficient. He arranged a suitable time for an initial visit, provided a quote and discussed options with cost variations. Unlike previous contractors he was reliable and did not mess me around. He was friendly, skilled, considerate and very tidy. I found him and his colleague respectful and I felt safe with them being in the house as a single lady. I feel the fees were good for the high quality of work completed. He fitted an access panel in the wall, replaced bath taps, replaced parts in the toilet and serviced the boiler I will definitely use James again

After a major company had left with no heating or hot water for 5 weeks after stating they would fit before Christmas and classing us as a priority. We turned to James. He came out the day I called or new boiler the next day and installed the following day, fantastic ! He was friendly, polite extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A really pleasure to have to complete the work. Also a lot cheaper than the major company who let us down. In full I would strongly recommend James and his company to undertake work needed. We will be using him to service our boiler going forward.
