  This was the second time I'd used this firm recently. Once at my elderly mother's home and then at my son's house. Both times, the engineers arrived bang on time and were very pleasant and helpful. At my mother's house, they had to fix a job that had been botched by 3 different so-called plumbers. They did it efficiently and without complaint and given that it was a time consuming job, the price charged was extremely reasonable. I've been extremely impressed by this firm and they will be my first port of call whenever I need any further work done in the future.

  Pressure relief valve replacement

  I would avoid this company. My boiler was losing pressure, which required a replacement PRV (cost £25 in Screwfix, where the engineer picked it up). The engineer ‘ apprentice who attended were evasive when asked about costs, but had emphasised how simple the job was and how cheap the valve was. I was very shocked to be charged £174 for this job and disputed the amount. The response from Scott was woeful. Be aware that the standard charge for the first hour is £110, which is way above industry standard. They are not upfront about their charges.

  Supply and fit four new radiators in four rooms

  I had reviewed Systematic Plumbing Heating Solutions via Checkatrade.com prior to ordering, the reviews were great and local too. Ann maintained all the communications and arranged everything , Scott gave me some good advice when measuring up the items and when Mark and the young apprentice ( sorry forgot his name ) arrived the work was carried out flawlessly. 10/10 all round

  Boiler service

  From my first enquiry call to Scott at Systematic, the communication was swift as were the arrangements for a date and time for the works. He kept me up to date of Mark the Engineer’s arrival. Mark was polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly and did a thorough service on my boiler. Thoroughly recommend this company 👍.
