Hi Systematic. Just letting you know that I was very happy with the service provided at my mum's house yesterday. The two engineers arrived bang on time and were both very pleasant and helpful. They were going to try to fix the existing unit rather than replace it but it was me who asked for a new system. So, no attempt from them to steer me in the direction of a more expensive fix. That's refreshing. Good to know there are still honest tradesmen about. I got your invoice which was very reasonable for the amount of time spent on the job.

This was the second time I'd used this firm recently. Once at my elderly mother's home and then at my son's house. Both times, the engineers arrived bang on time and were very pleasant and helpful. At my mother's house, they had to fix a job that had been botched by 3 different so-called plumbers. They did it efficiently and without complaint and given that it was a time consuming job, the price charged was extremely reasonable. I've been extremely impressed by this firm and they will be my first port of call whenever I need any further work done in the future.
