10 Efficient and helpful

The company contacted me within one day and provided a written quote, which I was happy to accept. We agreed a date and they provided details of the plumber who would be completing the work (replacement shower). The plumber arrived at the specified time and he was pleasant and carried out the work efficiently and cleaned up the area after he had finished. 9 Leak in bathroom cause watermark on ceiling

Communication from the beginning was great. Jack was super helpful, friendly and knowledgable. It wasn’t clear where the leak was coming from so he took his time to check from underneath first then pulled the toilet forward and found the source and fixed the problem.
