9 Leak in bathroom cause watermark on ceiling

Communication from the beginning was great. Jack was super helpful, friendly and knowledgable. It wasn’t clear where the leak was coming from so he took his time to check from underneath first then pulled the toilet forward and found the source and fixed the problem.
