The company contacted me within one day and provided a written quote, which I was happy to accept. We agreed a date and they provided details of the plumber who would be completing the work (replacement shower). The plumber arrived at the specified time and he was pleasant and carried out the work efficiently and cleaned up the area after he had finished. Happy to recommend.

The whole quote system was a bit over engineered and weird, but they had a lovely person on the phone and the two people who did both jobs were really polite and tidy. Both jobs looked great after.

Excellent workmanship by George but a slight issue with cost of job which took a while to be sorted out by their office.

Communication from the beginning was great. Jack was super helpful, friendly and knowledgable. It wasn’t clear where the leak was coming from so he took his time to check from underneath first then pulled the toilet forward and found the source and fixed the problem. A few days later the new washer fitted before required sealant and jack was back within a few hours of the call to resolve. Great service overall.

Everything all went well. From the initial booking in..... job being done....to paying for job. Definitely recommend.
