The booking and quote process was clunky, took a few days to reply and blamed some hitch with accessing messages. When the plumber arrived, he was friendly and polite. Sadly, he took our sink to bits, left us with no use of the sink and then realised he couldn't get the right parts to repairs the waste pipes. He really should have checked that first. He then promised to come back either the next day the day after to repair it and didn't show up. When I chased the office to check, I was given a very offhand explanation and they didn't keep their promise to repait it. I got it done elsewhere.

Our Diagnostic appointments do state on the telephone call and in the written quote, that the appointment can take up to an hour and a further quote will be provided if we are unable to repair in this time frame. We try our very best to repair during the appointment, however In this instance a further quote was required for some parts. We called following communication that you were expecting the engineer to return Monday,
We advised on the call that the engineers do not book their own diaries; this is done through the office and a slot shouldn't have been offered by the engineer as it had already been allocated by the office & we apologised for this.
This is something we will look into and we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. We did offer the further quote and to look to book the appointment.
