Excellent communication with the company. Explained the job and came back with a quote. It was transparent about the cost breakdown. Quick to sort a date to get fixed. Job was done quick and efficiently. Would recommend.

Great communication along the way. Very quick to respond to any queries. All tradesman were nice and friendly.

Good initial contact and quote. Selected for job even though it was a little pricey. Plumber attending was polite and efficient. Had a problem with one aspect of job outcome which resulted in additional work and costs. The process associated with the additional work required additional quotes and this was clunky and time consuming. Once agreed the work was carried out to a good standard. Both side had differing views on regarding the additional work but a compromise was found. In conclusion the outcome was to a good standard but cost significantly more than expected.

Excellent communication, pleasant and thorough plumber attended and completed work quickly with minimal fuss and very tidily. My partner and I were very impressed and reassured that the leak hadn't caused any further damage as we had initially feared.

Had to have a few plumbers come out due to issues with a part however they were all great. Unfortunately the work needed redoing due to an initially missed issue but the end result was great and the guys always tidied up after themselves and made sure to leave the bathroom clean and tidy. Only niggle was the call out fee being £84, regardless of wether the issue could be fixed

Great company to deal with. Communicated regularly, provided additional quotes for different shower door styles I requested. The engineer Jack arrived exactly at the time they said, and completed the work to a high standard.
