I have a complex heating set up at our Victorian house, with my previous heating guy who was great at finding solutions to small issues - but in the end he was stumped by the boiler problem and so I ended up calling Louis at Synergy for a second opinion. From the very beginning I was impressed with Louis’ response time, advice and speed of arranging the first investigation. Long story short, a few visits later Niall and his team had made various attempts to fix the issue and explained everything perfectly to me. In the end, the boiler had to be at fault and they replaced it in one day.

Booked in for a boiler service very easily, well organised service. Engineer was friendly and efficient.

The work was carried out efficiently and professionally. The date was agreed in advance and then I was told the time that the engineer was expected to arrive. He arrived very promptly., was friendly and courteous and set to work immediately. I can’t praise this firm highly enough. Telephone calls are answered quickly and knowledgeably.. it is a pleasure to deal with Synergy Heat.
