  Replaced a broken gas metre box cover for myself at my home

  Very pleased with the service provided. The engineer had the new box fitted within an hour. I had previously struggled to get someone to come out and do this job for me so I would highly recommend Switch Heat and will be using them again in the future if needed.

  Annual Boiler Service

  Switch heat's communication was quick and professional. I needed the job done on a specific day, within a specific window and they were able to do this for me. The engineer turned up in a professional looking van, he had called whilst on his way to make sure I was home. I appreciated that he wore boot covers to protect my flooring. He did the job within the time expected, explained the issues I had and I was able to tap my card for payment. All in all, a great experience and would recommend to others.

  Switch Heat were quick to respond and get me scheduled in around my availability. Their engineer called me to let me know he was on the way and completed the service efficiently and was clear on the outcome and any issues.
