So after the summer the heating side of my ASHP failed to come back on. Switch Heat came round turned up when they said they would and fault found the system. We also discussed some improvement for the heating system new thermostat and gave me some tips to get the most out of the system. The second visit which, was squeezed in to their work schedule. As they knew they would be busy for the next week was to fit the new parts. Again the engineer turned up on time and carried out the work.

Great team, with good communication. Job was carried out and documentation provided without chasing. Happy customer!
