The lads came out to fit a new basin tap after a bad experience with another plumber who'd damaged the tap and also left a tool stuck to the bottom. Needless to say the lads were able to quickly dislodge the old tool and replace the tap even cleaning up under the tap whilst it was removed. The guys came early and got straight to work. They explained what was happening along the way and showed me what needed replacing and why. I now have. Lovely new sink with new pipes which were replaced as they hadn’t been correctly fitted previously and then used the sink to show that everything was fixed and in working order. Had an issue with a blocked toilet but they found the real issue was with the drain being blocked which they unblocked and cleaned up after themselves. They came across as professionals and were very polite. Would use them again and would recommend them.Verified reviewerJob location: WV6
