The lads came out to fit a new basin tap after a bad experience with another plumber who'd damaged the tap and also left a tool stuck to the bottom. Needless to say the lads were able to quickly dislodge the old tool and replace the tap even cleaning up under the tap whilst it was removed. Very happy with the job completed.

Brilliant. Excellent communication. Polite, helpful service. The work was done very quickly and efficiently and I even received advice on how to use my hose pipe and power washer. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The guys came early and got straight to work. They explained what was happening along the way and showed me what needed replacing and why. I now have. Lovely new sink with new pipes which were replaced as they hadn’t been correctly fitted previously and then used the sink to show that everything was fixed and in working order. Thank you for coming out so quickly I will definitely be using you for any future work!

Calling your company “Swift” is dangerous but they were incredibly fast and efficient. The tenant informed me of the problem last night and Swift fixed it by 10am this morning at a very reasonable price.

Had an issue with a blocked toilet but they found the real issue was with the drain being blocked which they unblocked and cleaned up after themselves. They came across as professionals and were very polite. Would use them again and would recommend them.
