After being let down a couple of times by another company, I chose Swift to service my boiler instead. I was really impressed: the engineer kept me updated when his arrival time was delayed (even then it was only by half an hour) and the work was completed efficiently and at a reasonable price. I have used Neale for a number of years for the servicing of our boiler and gas fire together with my son's and Mother in Laws appliances so after our boiler broke and I had 3 separate visits from my insurance company's appointed engineers (Plumbcare); the final one of which said that the boiler was beyond repair; I contacted Neale with a view to fitting a new boiler. When I explained what they said was wrong with the boiler, he tested it and said that he could repair it and within 2 hours it was back up and running.
