Neale has kept our old 'heat only' boiler system going for long past its natural lifetime. Finally boiler failed. Neale quickly advised of best solution; a new combi, header tanks disabled and cylinder removed plus lots of new pipework. All work quickly and cleanly completed. Everything works lovely, cost efficiently ...... and are now feeling toasty. Neale is a pleasure to have in the house and I couldn't recommend him more highly. Big thankyou!

Neale Jackson replaced the toilet in our en suite and also serviced our warm air central heating boiler. He did an excellent job. He is very reliable and a very tidy worker. I could thoroughly recommend him.

Neale attended the same day as I contacted him and repaired my boiler. He was helpful and gave clear explanations as to the cause of the issue and what needed doing.

This is the second time I have used Neale I had been let down by the company who I have breakdown cover with and Neale came at short notice he explained clearly what the issue was and had it fixed in no time will 100% be using him again.

After being let down a couple of times by another company, I chose Swift to service my boiler instead. I was really impressed: the engineer kept me updated when his arrival time was delayed (even then it was only by half an hour) and the work was completed efficiently and at a reasonable price. I have used Neale for a number of years for the servicing of our boiler and gas fire together with my son's and Mother in Laws appliances so after our boiler broke and I had 3 separate visits from my insurance company's appointed engineers (Plumbcare); the final one of which said that the boiler was beyond repair; I contacted Neale with a view to fitting a new boiler. When I explained what they said was wrong with the boiler, he tested it and said that he could repair it and within 2 hours it was back up and running. Neale is very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
