    Fixed a fault on the boiler

    This is the second time I have used Neale I had been let down by the company who I have breakdown cover with and Neale came at short notice he explained clearly what the issue was and had it fixed in no time will 100% be using him again.

    Reliable, efficient and reasonably priced

    After being let down a couple of times by another company, I chose Swift to service my boiler instead. I was really impressed: the engineer kept me updated when his arrival time was delayed (even then it was only by half an hour) and the work was completed efficiently and at a reasonable price. The engineer seemed knowledgeable and friendly. No complaints at all and would recommend

    Fixed a condemned boiler!

    I have used Neale for a number of years for the servicing of our boiler and gas fire together with my son's and Mother in Laws appliances so after our boiler broke and I had 3 separate visits from my insurance company's appointed engineers (Plumbcare); the final one of which said that the boiler was beyond repair; I contacted Neale with a view to fitting a new boiler. When I explained what they said was wrong with the boiler, he tested it and said that he could repair it and within 2 hours it was back up and running. Neale is very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

    Boiler repair

    Came quickly and diagnosed a low gas pressure fault. Contacted Cadent for us and got them out the same day. Boiler working within the same day. Really helpful and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend highly enough. Many thanks
