  Had some general building work done in the cellar - also some brick work (helical stitching etc)

  Elvis was great - very communicative and flexible to some complex asks and access issues. We started with some work in the cellar which needed thought and time and some work to helical stitch a crack in our side wall. He then also helped with some pointing and other bits. All look great, really helpful and timely and really tried his best to give us the best solution. Takes pride in his work and always left clean and tidy. Will be using him again for some more work in the summer.

  2x Bedroom Redecoration

  I’m really pleased with the work carried out. Elvis removed the old wallpaper, made good all the walls and ceiling, and the finish is excellent throughout. The woodwork was properly prepared and painted, and the walls, ceiling, and woodwork were all painted to a very high standard. He also installed laminate flooring, which was fitted neatly and finished well. Everything was done professionally, with good attention to detail, and the place was left tidy at the end. In addition to being reliable and trustworthy. Elvis is good, kind man. I would happily recommend SW Builders

  Efficient and quality house maintenance projects

  I'm very pleased! Elvis and his team performed three house maintenance projects - repaired leaking roof over garage, reconfigured gutter to drain correctly, and replaced large section of flashing on edge of roof. Quote was clear and there were no additional charges. Work was carried out well and efficiently, scaffolding went up when needed and came down when finished. Thanks Elvis!
