Rainwater had found its way through an outer wall & caused considerable damage behind some kitchen units and under 2 windows. Elvis excavated to the brickwork, treated it with damp proofing and made good with a damp resistant cement. While allowing the wall to dry between stages, he made good & prepared the rest of my small flat for redecorating, then finished by painting throughout to a very high standard. The work was completed well within the 4 weeks allowed for it. Elvis had covered fixtures & fittings where needed, and cleared away all debris at the end. What more could one want?

The project was quite technical involving opening a new doorway, inserting steels above, and requiring extensive acro support. Selvin and his team have the necessary skills, worked efficiently to time and budget, dealt with Building Control, and were clean and tidy. Happy to recommend.
