10 Combi boiler repair

Simon (Swann Plumbing) is prompt, reliable and knows his boilers. Not only did he swiftly diagnose my boiler's problem, but after identifying the part needed, he checked the boiler's SN on the database and told me that the boiler was, unknown to me, still under guarantee (installed by previous property owner). Simon gave me the boiler service number and advised me to call them to see if they would do the repair - free! Simon's diagnosis of the problem was spot on (boiler fixed). Had Steve arrive with a colleague. Very quickly diagnosed the leal in my bathroom and fixed that immediately and then repaired the cold water tap part of my bath mixer tap.
