Simon (Swann Plumbing) is prompt, reliable and knows his boilers. Not only did he swiftly diagnose my boiler's problem, but after identifying the part needed, he checked the boiler's SN on the database and told me that the boiler was, unknown to me, still under guarantee (installed by previous property owner). Simon gave me the boiler service number and advised me to call them to see if they would do the repair - free! Simon's diagnosis of the problem was spot on (boiler fixed). Not only is Simon an expert and a professional, but also an extraordinarily decent, honest and helpful one!

Had Steve arrive with a colleague. Very quickly diagnosed the leal in my bathroom and fixed that immediately and then repaired the cold water tap part of my bath mixer tap. Awesome work via my landlord's agent.

Simon did a great job attending my flat quickly when requested to detect a water leak (no callout charge!) and then fix it for a very good price. Great service!

All done quickly and tidely…. Sometimes takes time to respond to texts!
