Really Disappointed

Really disappointed with my experience. I booked a job and confirmed the date and address with a representative, but was completely ghosted. No one showed up, and I received no communication. It was especially frustrating as I had taken time off work to be available for the collection. Very stressful and unprofessional.

Clearance of a rather neglected flat

We needed to clear our sister's flat at rather short notice. Sonny and the team responded very quickly and did the job within 24 hours. They were very knowledgeable about waste disposal, very efficient and very easy to communicate with, keeping us informed at all stages.
