Excellent service, very helpful and went the extra mile

I contacted Sussex House Clearances and removals they turned up as promised very efficient two man team made light work of heavy items that needed collection. Both very courteous and I will definitely recommend and use again.

Only a few items being moved very quick and efficient

Really disappointed with my experience. I booked a job and confirmed the date and address with a representative, but was completely ghosted. No one showed up, and I received no communication. It was especially frustrating as I had taken time off work to be available for the collection. Very stressful and unprofessional.
