  Overall very good service. Very well presented survey received. My only gripe is that the release of the survey was delayed by a week because the company did not pick up that I had paid the invoice, and I had to chase them to investigate why the survey was late arriving with us. However, once this was pointed out to them the survey was released within the hour.
