Everything was so easy and stress-free thanks to Survey Merchant. I had no problems, and the process was quick. I will definitely use them again if I ever need this kind of service because of their well-organized approach.

Overall very good service. Very well presented survey received. My only gripe is that the release of the survey was delayed by a week because the company did not pick up that I had paid the invoice, and I had to chase them to investigate why the survey was late arriving with us. However, once this was pointed out to them the survey was released within the hour.

Survey came back with errors, follow up responses via emails have not been helpful, and they have not returned my calls.
