    En-suite bathroom window wouldn’t open

    Howard responded promptly to my initial message, and turned up at the agreed time on the next working day. He communicated well explaining the issue and required fix. The price was reasonable for the work and would definitely recommend.

    Repair of tilt and turn window that wouldn’t close

    Howard (of Surrey & South London Glassworks) was the first to quickly respond to my request for someone to repair my tilt and turn window, which wouldn’t close. He helpfully fitted in a visit the following day, arriving at the time he’d planned to. He was not only successful at repairing the window, but after his visit it opened and closed more smoothly than ever before. Howard kept me informed at every stage of his investigations and repair, explaining what the problem was and what he was doing to try to fix it. At all times he was helpful, considerate and cheerful.

    Fast response and efficient communications

    When another company failed to get back to bus with a quote despite chasing, I started again by contacting Surrey & SL Glassworks, requesting a survey at a very specific time when I would be available. Howard responded within minutes and happily agreed to do so. Several days later when the original company provided the delayed quote, I had to cancel Howard with apologies. He responded instantly again to wish us luck with the project. I was very grateful for the excellent response and for the polite, efficient communications.

    Fixed our shop door within 30 hours of contacting!

    Got an immediate callback, one of the workers came out quickly to assess the door and located the problem in no time. Quoted us, went on their way, and two workers came to fix it the following day. Lovely people, excellent work!
