I had Howard come and measure the glass pane needed replacing. The new pane of glass was ready quickly and he arranged a fitting date swiftly with me. Fitting the new pane of glass and the catflap was very quick - so quick he didn’t finish the cup of tea. Highly recommend - really personable and friendly service!

Howard, from Surrey & South London Glassworks , did a great job replacing the glass in several of my double glazed windows and in the back door. He responded to my enquiry promptly, sent a very reasonable estimate and arrived punctually to take measurements. He returned to fit the new glass about a week later. Howard has a friendly, pleasant manner and worked neatly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and neighbours.

Great communication from the start and couldn’t have been more helpful! Howard very kindly came over to quote me for some new window handles which I had been quoted £100+ from other people. He came over and realised it was a quick fix and no new handles were actually needed. He very kindly fixed the issue in under 10 minutes with no charge. Extremely greatful and a very happy customer. Howard is really professional and helpful. He provided an initial quote based on the information I provided which was really reasonable. He arrived at the agreed time and after assessing the job found that less work was needed than was initially thought and he adjusted the quote accordingly.
