I cannot recommend Howard more highly, he was highly professional, reasonably priced and generally a pleasure to work with. Howard replaced a large rotten sash window in my kitchen for a bespoke design replacement and the new unit looks better than the original ever did. Due to a faulty lock on my front door, I reached out first thing in the morning and Howard responded within 15 mins. He kept me informed as to when he would arrive throughout the morning. When Howard arrived, he took out the old lock and went straight to the retailer to get a replacement. Due to the age of the door, the lock is no longer available so Howard purchased a lock similar. He returned and although it was a difficult fit, Howard persevered to install the lock. As a customer, Howard was polite, clean, tidy and courteous. Very satisfied with his work and would recommend.

After contacting Surrey & South London Glassworks, Howard was able to replace the double glazing door locking mechanism and the lock very quickly, and left in all working order. He communicated well and told me extractly what needs doing. I would highly recommend him.
